The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Client & Portfolio Management
  • Deliver and manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Oversee and support a small team handling accounts production and tax compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing advisory support where needed.
• Leadership & Team Development
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, supporting their professional development.
  • Ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and within deadlines.
• Business Growth & Strategy
  • Play a key role in the firm’s growth and strategic direction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Take an active role in firm-wide decision-making, with a clear route to equity partnership.

About You

• Experienced audit and accounts professional, ideally CA or ACCA qualified.
• Strong technical knowledge in audit, accounts, and tax compliance.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and oversee a small team.
• Commercially minded, with the ambition to progress to equity partnership.
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
